Attacker

An individual or entity that attempts, or succeeds, to perform an Attack.

This includes Attacks by third parties, but also App Users and App Creators. For example:

• an App User may attack the App or other App Users by attempting to impersonate a different App User;
• an App Creator may attack the App or App Users by publicly claiming to not record location information in their App, but quietly doing so anyway.
